  Be your own judge but my advice would be “do not use cass legal.If you want personal service.....look elsewhere. If you want to be informed.....look elsewhere. Generally the way the world works is you get what you pay for! This is in fact what we got. Good luck to anyone that entrusts Cass legal to act on their behalf. Last piece of advice would be if you are a client of Murray run for the hills and don’t look back, as it appears that his needs will always come before his clients. Do your research and choose a conveyancer that will work for you. He will threat you and tell you that you are wrong as In my situation I felt and he asked me to send over the contract to look over and for some personal reason we have to drop the contract. I have contacted all the other parties real-estate and she got confirmation from seller that they are happy to accept the termination.
