I went in with a genuine concern for my physical and more importantly mental health.
Doctor Gupta, with no regard for any of my concerns, I was given zero advice or help not even talked through potential options. I've since become a veteran after serving in the forces and he had little care to assist me with injuries sustained while serving...never again will I come here - L M Added February 13, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude doctor. He did not listen to me or try to engage in any way. Completely dismissive of my reason for consultation. Would NOT recommend for anyone.

- Segana Avery Added January 27, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ★The doctors were very compassionate and kind and the receptionist was lovely too, I felt comfortable and like I was really being looked after. I have many other doctors practices close by but make the effort to drive to this clinic.

I was calling to book an appointment for my sick baby and it took 9 minutes for her to find my name in the system and once she had found me she continued to tell me how long it had been since I had been there (as if that was relevant to my booking...) told me a time for an appointment, changed her mind, asked to call me back because she didn't seem to know what she was doing.. and when I asked if I could speak to someone else as I was concerned, she told me that I can speak to her only... I didn't mind going to this centre but this and other interactions previously with other Receptionists has driven me away.
