  We had our Bathroom and Ensuite replaced by Venus Solutions.
  
  They took great care in doing an excellent design for us and when the work actually started they were really professional.
  
  We were kept informed at all times as to which tradesman would be arriving when and they were all on time, polite and tidied up after themselves.
  
  The standard of the work is excellent, even in the places you can’t see. I had great fun taking pictures of the work whilst it was in progress and looking back on them i can see the care taken.
  
  Venus are right at the top of our list for future projects.

  We chose Venus through a recommendation from a friend and are delighted with our new bathroom. Everyone in their organisation was professional and helpful, from the first visit to the showroom to pick and choose tiles and fittings to the final end product. It was very helpful to see an online mock-up of what our final bathroom would look like with our chosen products in place. The whole job took two weeks as predicted and each stage was project managed by a senior team member. Each specialist arrived in sequence and on time starting with the initial dismantling of our old bathroom followed by plasterer, tiler, painter and plumber. When unexpected snags appeared these were discussed with us and helpful solutions proposed and carried out. It was a relief to be in such capable hands and to know we had fortunately chosen a company that really did put the customer's needs first. We will use Venus again for when we need a new kitchen fitted and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent quality workmanship and professionalism.

  From the minute we visited the Venus Showroom, we were really impressed by the service, planning (Alison was extremely patient) and installation of our shower room and kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole team were extremely helpful and professional.
  
  We were kept informed at every stage of the installation and we knew who would be there the next day and what was happening. All the workmen were very polite, tidy and did a brilliant job. We are extremely pleased with the final result. Highly recommend.

  I recently engaged Venus Solutions to install a new shower room for my property in Leighton Buzzard and pleased to report I received a very professional service from pre-sales through to completion of the works. The Shower room installation itself was completed to a high standard. I was also very pleased with their after sales support ensuring that their work met with my satisfaction and offer of assistance should any problems arise in the future. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Venus Solution.

  Just Excellent!
  We have just completed having our Kitchen fully revamped by Venus. I have to say, the whole team were just fabulous. From first engaging, coming out to view the kitchen, design and ideas through to those final few touches. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I couldn't make my mind up with which way round I wanted my ovens. Professional every step of the way. We love our new kitchen and wouldn't have done anything different. Thank you Venus
