  Stopped in here today looking for parts for my marker, ended up leaving with a boatload of new knowledge and equipment. Instead of selling me parts for my current marker, I was pointed in a different direction by the gentleman who worked there. They could have made that money off me, but instead lead me towards getting a new marker, with better performance. I ended up leaving with an empire pod pack and mask, which were discounted. They even threw in a few other things, free of charge to make my experience better. Overall experience was fantastic, and the store was well stocked and cluttered, but in a charming way. Thanks guys!

  A great shop to deal with. The staff are really friendly and go out of there way to help you with anything. Have just purchased a marker and they spent the time to run through everything with me from maintenance to programming. Highly recommend Paintball Australia. Great work guys.

  Today, went into the shop to pick up my marker and the staff are very friendly. He stood there for a solid hour explaining how everything worked and I learned many things. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want proper customer service.

  Fully licensed PB1 QLD License. Went into the store to buy a box of paintballs. Was interrogated by the owner (dressed like GI JOE from WISH) who wanted to know they details of what comp and fields I wanted to use the paintball for. Carried on like a porkchop about how he didn't sell paintballs unless provided details of where they were going to be used because people with paintball guns go around on weekends shooting people in the street and causing damage but shooting up the neighborhood and then he is liable for the inquiry and gets sued. I dont think I have heard a large crock of rubbish from anyone in the firearms or paintball industry. Avoid this clown. So I jumped online and ordered 2000 balls online from a Sydney based shop that arrived overnight and was cheaper even with shipping.

  Been here twice now and both times have been given the red carpet treatment, cant recommend them enough. Go and see Tim, even if you know nothing about paintball, he will give you the time to talk you through and discuss everything. You don't leave unsure about anything. I havn't had any issues with any gear purchased here but if you do, i'm sure he would go out if his way to resolve it
